I’ve had One Fast Cat Wheel for almost 3 years and only recently needed to replace the bottom base piece that I recently upgraded once I saw they had them. My orange and black cats tend to parkor on their wheel during zoomies. The wheel base wasn't ready for her unfortunately. IYKYK the life with cats, there’s always something that gets us to spit laugh. Both my cats use it regularly for exercise and was beyond impressed and happy that when I messaged the company regarding the situation. It was under Warranty since I had just purchased the upgraded base. So I was sent one within a few days. I did also purchase the KOI Pads which I absolutely love, it was time for an upgrade as my cats like to scratch it sometimes. I will forever have a cat wheel if I own cats.
