The products arrived about 6 days after ordering and were packaged very good, so they made the trip just fine. I've never had fancy pretzels before, so I didn't know what to expect. How did that happen after 77 years - man, what I've been missing all this time. They were superb and as far as convenience, I just take them out of the freezer for about 30 minutes to reach room temperature and pop them in the toaster oven at 350 degrees (pre-heated) and within 6 minutes I'm thoroughly enjoying them. I also ordered the bacon jalapeno mustard and the sharp cheddar cheese, which makes them a game winner. Thanks for such a great product, I'll definitely be ordering more...

I would love to be able to give you a review however I haven’t gotten my box yet. It took you guys a long time to actually ship it and now with the big snow storms, my package has been delayed over and over again. I wish you guys would stop using FedEx. Every shipment I have gotten from FedEx has been delayed or lost. It’s ridiculous.

I placed an order on December 14 for pretzels as a gift to folks who live a good distance away from me. Christmas came and went and they received nothing. Then in the second week of January The pretzels arrived at my door. I immediately wrote an email and never got a response. What awful customer service they have here they made a mistake. Didn’t respond to the person who spent over $50 and never made good.

I ordered this box a few days before Christmas and was made aware that it would not arrive before Christmas. I was totally ok with that thinking it would be delivered in time for New Years. As this was a gift i assumed it was delivered. So I was very disappointed to learn that delivery took place a week after New Years and two weeks after Chridtmas.

I sent the box to my brother’s family for New Years Eve. They are big New York style pretzel fans (in Tennessee), and they loved this! My brother Sid it brought him right back to time we spent in Central Park.

My disappointment was that I ordered the box not to be a gift but a thinking of you and sending some snacks to have while keeping cozy with the colder weather . It was not a Christmas gift but it took about three weeks to arrive .

I am so glad I decided to order from this company. These pretzels are without a doubt the best soft pretzels I've ever had. The inside is soft and very flavorful while the outside has just the right amount of crunch. They are so easy to prepare for a quick snack or for serving guests.
