I actually found this company looking for an alternative to another online pretzel company that was frequently out of stock. Let me just say, I am grateful I found them. My family loves these pretzels! Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. We now have a subscription and have never been disappointed with any shipment received. We’ve ordered three times in the couple of months and we are impressed. The product is fresh, delicious and the best pretzels we’ve ever had. The company is responsive and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable and the CS team is reachable. All of our orders have been delivered in a timely manner and ready to eat or freeze. We love the accompanying mustard and cheddar spread, plus the assortment. We are from New York, originally, and are very particular about our hot dogs, pizza and pretzels…that said, we do not need to look for pretzels anymore because the pretzel company delivers the best!

I ordered the braided box. Let me tell you the box was gone in a week. I will be ordering more ladies men kids. This is the best pretzel box I’ve ever received and I’m from New York so I know what I’m talking about. Don’t walk run out there now and order a box and then be prepared to order another box in about a week Fantastic company. My order came in four days.

I have ordered 3 times and have yet to be disappointed. The pretzels are crunchy outside and soft inside. Everytime!! I preordered the chocolate filled ones for Christmas…. I can’t wait! I put cinnamon sugar on mine sometimes instead of the salt and they are heaven. My favorite are the braided ones! The best pretzels on the planet.

I ordered both the Signature Box and the Braid Box from The Pretzel Co., and I have to say — these pretzels didn’t just arrive quickly, they practically teleported to my doorstep. Shipping was fast and everything arrived fresh and perfectly packaged. From ages 5 to 41, my entire family unanimously agreed: these are some of the best pretzels we’ve ever had. That alone is impressive — getting a 5-year-old and a 41-year-old to agree on anything is rare! Since moving to NC, we miss good Pennsylvania pretzels. We order these and keep them in our freezer. They are so good!!When they are done in the airfryer, they are hot and delicious. Fresh and soft! We can’t decide which ones are best, so we order all of them. And it doesn’t take long to get them delivered. All around wonderful product!

Great flavor and soft inside with a light crisp texture, the directions says to bake for 5 minutes at 350•, I think it needs more since the dough still has that raw flavor at just 5 minutes

They left them outside in sun was not happy and the rabbits and squirrels loved them...they were very dry did not seem fresh ...I quess they baked in more in box in sun.
