Opened the box, smelled these beautiful pretzels and started eating! Did I read the inserts, look for directions? No I didn’t. The pretzels and spicy mustard are off the chart delicious. I just wished they were salted. I placed them on the counter and 1 week later they were spoiling. Then I read the instructions! FREEZE these pretzels, and they have salt in the box! Too late! I did eat 3 of them, the rest spoiled. I couldn’t believe it. All my fault. I will order again when I have the $ to spare. As I said “ I messed up”.

Whenever I get the chance to shop the mall, I always make sure to treat myself to a pretzel. I can eat the whole thing! With these pretzels which are larger I am not able. You may want to share. I brush butter on top along with the salt. Warm up and eat and I enjoy the best at home pretzel around!! I am not a mustard lover but my husband says it’s really good.

I ordered the pretzels online based on others recommendations. I am in California and received my order a few days later. The delivery person left the order in not the normal location. The order set out in the hot ( greater than 100 pulse degree weather for a couple days. This I believe caused damage to these pretzels. I opened the box and followed the directions . The pretzels were stale and broke apart . They were not very good. I must state I absolutely believe that the extreme heat and time caused this issue. So I was not able to fairly evaluate the pretzels my rating is based on the company’s promptness in dealing with the issue.

You put the wrong address on the package. It was supposed to have gone to 104 windmill Court not 204 windmill Dr. they where kind enough to bring it to me . The pretzels seamed a bit dry, but the cheese and mustard are very good.
