First, let me say that the pretzels are great. They are moist inside and a great taste. The sweet hot mustard is perfect. That said, the UPS delivery was horrible. For two days we received notification of delivery but it never happened. Third day, time delivery given to be between 1 and 3:45. Did not arrive. Another update to delivery 5 to 9. Shipment arrived after 6. Don’t know where package was before the delivery day but they sat in truck the day of delivery for at least 9 hours. Pretzels were slightly warm and had moisture inside the package. Have had two, they seem okay but really disappointed in UPS. We delayed plans for three days after being notified of the first of three notifications, delivery date, two of which never happened and no explanation. Again, realize delivery not your fault but you might think of finding someone else or talking to them. This was not a weather issue or a holiday issue, UPS seems to not be accurate or reliable.

I don’t know if I didn’t read the information when I ordered them or not but I did not know they were supposed to be frozen immediately upon receipt. I do not have room in my freezer for them. I am trying to give most of them away.

We were looking for a quick celebration and hit on the "Congrats Box." Just right in terms of number of pretzels and the sharp cheddar is amazing. Speed was fine, the shipping box was well constructed. And I really wanted to eat all of it the first day, but instead we froze some of the pretzels, they thawed and cooked just right a week later.
