Does the medicine freeze?
It won't, it's not in direct contact with the ice pack and the minimum temperature of the inner bag is about 35.6°F (2°C).
Where should I put the temperature probe?
It is recommended to place the temperature probe in the inner pocket to get an accurate real-time temperature of the medicine.

How to use ?
1. Freeze the ice pack in the refrigerator for about 8-12 hours so that it forms a hard block.
2. Remove the frozen ice packs and place one on each side of the insulin cartridge, with the small bag in the center serving as a storage area for the medication. Note: The ice packs can be reused for 3-5 years and can be stored in the refrigerator when not in use.
