I had seen others say there were swirl markings showing through the black but mine has actually scratches as well, the cup seems used with water leaking from the handle & the heart "sticker" is ripped for the price im super disappointed especially since this was a valentines gift for my daughter

These cups are way too expensive to be as flawed as they are. I received this cup all scratched up with some kind of liquid drops stained on it. Very disappointing to say the least. I will be returning it for a full refund

I love this new cup so much! It is soooo beautiful! Hydrojug makes my favorite cups ever! I will forever die by the 40oz traveler! I will say i am disappointed! Iv had my cup and been using it for less than 24 hours and i have some pretty deep gashes in it. I haven’t dropped it. And didn’t even notice it until i went to make this review. I have several other tumblers and have never had an issue with them scratching like this. I don’t even know what it got scratched on. 😭

I was so excited to get this new Hydro jug, and when it came, I opened the box. The handle was broken, and the entire jug was completely bent in chipping away with the paint from the print on the outside of it.

The bottom rubber base was coming off. I peeled it back because I was wondering if it was removable, and I saw the glue so I put it back. For about an hour, I’ve been trying to massage it into place. The photos I have attached I took after trying to fix it. Fingers crossed it can stand up on its own now. I’m going to clean it, and use it for the first time tomorrow.

I love the color and it really doesnt drip. Make sure the syraw is put on corre try or it can drip. Happened to me at first but if the straw is on there correctly ur good! Can't wait to get other colors!
