I purchased my iced coffee at 7:30Am this morning and immediately put it in my Frost Buddy. Never took it out and finally took it out at 3:45pm and ice was still in there. Amazing product!!!!

Ordered 10/15. Tracking didn’t update after 10/17. Replacement sent. Replacement tracking didn’t update after 11/05. Tik tok shop update says delivered 11/14, but I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED! Customer service said they’ll replace that replacement, and now item is unavailable. This is a total disaster!

I love this, and I love the color. It literally keeps my eyes in my iced coffee all day, and on top of that it lasted throughout the next day because I forgot to drink my coffee and the next day I still had ice in my coffee. See this coffee is two days old and look it still has ice in it.

First of all, I love the fact that you do not have to wash this everytime you change a drink, unless the cup leaks. Not only that, running errands through out the day & night being a sole provider, you forget your drink. This helps maintain it as if you just ordered it. No more watered down drinks.

Cannot understand how a copy sells such cheap products. This is the 3rd attempt at buying this cup the colors are wrong. This is dark green and the one that I got is lighter green and you see the straw nope no straw in my box. I finally bit the bullet and bought this cup...it came with a paint imperfection right out of the package such a disappointment...I deffantly wouldn't recommend iv contacted the company and haven't heard anything back...quality deffantly is not a word that comes to mind when I think frost buddy!!

The design on this cup looks nothing like the ones in the listing and the photos uploaded to the reviews of the same design. The design goes from blurry to extremely blurry with a weird yellow hue behind the cherries. The logo isn’t even etched correctly. It is also chipped at the bottom.
