I have another hoop but this one goes smooth! I am getting use to it because I’m not really that coordinated but I did it for 45min. Only stopping a few times either out of breathe or lost coordination!! I love this one also because you can adjust the weight!

I love it it’s just what I thought it would be only issue i have is the links are easily disconnected or removed they should be a little more secure but overall I love it nice color and it’s comfortable and affordable it’s a fun way to get your body moving

I will absolutely love this product I cannot stop using it I thought it was gonna be poorly made but it is actually pretty durable and well put together

This so cool! You have to give it a good swing to get it going and keep up the swinging momentum with your hips and body! I love it!
