I'm 200lb used it for 20(maybe a hour it was fun fr) minutes and went down 4lb but you have to be consistent with it for every day I had a hard time figuring out how to go it but I found out how to work it

Size: Very surprised size is huge when all links are added. Be sure all links are secure or the weighted ball will fly off. Little overwhelming at first to see all the parts but was easy to assemble. If you can use regular hoolahoop then great if not then you will have fun and get alot of laughs 🤣😂

So as fellow big girl I decided to ordered one on Amazon and on here, I can definitely say that I like this one better. The knots seem to be lighter on the waist, and I’m able to keep going without the weight smacking on my butt. i definitely recommend this one 10 out of 10 recommended

So far I have been very happy with it. It's only been a few days and I felt like I worked out my abs on the first day after only a few minutes of using it. I also appreciate how easy it was to put together and remove the pieces I didn't need to get it to fit correctly.
