Only giving 4 stars because I have not taken a glucometer to measure blood "sugar" levels. They do seem to remove the sugar buzz though, and the bad habit of eating sweets before bed seems to be lessened by this. Will continue with them and see about measuring actual blood glucose (sugar) levels on the next bottle.

I really liked this supplement. I seemed to have more stable energy with it and significantly fewer cravings. Unfortunately, I seemed to experience constipation when taking it; so, I had to stop.
