Didn’t even work no matter how long I held it on my hair. Like other reviewers said, poor customer service. They definitely don’t stand behind their products and no reason to get this one with all the other options out there.

I bought this curler in 2023 and it's still doing me good! Everyone always compliments my curls when I use this curler. It's my favorite and only curler I own. I always struggled to curl my hair but using this wand has made it so much easier for me.

I used this curling wand for years and loved it. One day it stopped working so I replaced it. Unfortunately the new one stopped working within about 6 months so I reached out to NuMe for a new one. They gave me a hard time about getting a replacement and I had to pay a fee. I eventually got the replacement and that one stopped working within a week. The quality has gone downhill. Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Be sure to upgrade to the wand with the small end cap to avoid some nasty burns. That wand is great!! Service in this company is amazing.. I had an issue and they were more than fair in handling it!

This is my 2nd NuMe wand and I love it. My older and is the thicker one and I’ve had it over 6 years now. My curls hold and last all day. The customer service is amazing as well. I will definitely be purchasing again!
