I am very disappointed at your product as it doesn’t achieve what it promised as stated in the website. I’ve tried from low temperatures to highest, and I still couldn’t get the curves I wanted, furthermore it damaged my hair more than a cheaper curling wand did. I also find it very hard to use as the hair clip is so small that it only clips very little amout of hair at each time. I also burned my skin accidentally as the curling wand was too near to my face.
Nume refunded me but i losed lots of money on the shipping both ways. Nume didn’t even compensate on my skin burn.

I got the automatic curling wand, hair serum, wide tooth comb , paddle brush, freeze hairspray, root lifter spray and everything was incredible. My hair is very fine and won't hold a curl with this purchase I was able to hold a curl. I don't like using hair products in my hair. I have purchase a few different curling systems including the Dyson spent the 600 on that system and it doesn't hold a curl in my hair. So I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this curling wand! I feel it’s a must have. It literally curls my stubborn straight hair! I made a banana curl for the first time in my hair! It’s nice ! The design of the clip the hair to prevent from burning my fingers it’s great! And you have full control of the speed to curl up and to curl down. I like letting go of the clip and watch the curl transform.
