They are thick!! High quality! Definitely worth the money. I was having knee pain when lifting and these definitely helped. Only thing I would say is size up. If you think your a medium your probably large. I have thick thighs so I got them in large the first time but they wouldn’t go up my knees. I emailed them and their return process is so easy and they are so helpful. I was able to get the XL really fast

I love it! I measured my knee and I thought I was a medium. Turns out, I needed a Large and customer service was amazing! I got my Large and I love it. Technically, I should've fit in a medium but my quads are pretty huge so I needed a Large. Something to keep in mind.

I was hesitant to get them since my sizing was just the end for small and the start for a medium. I took the risk and got the medium, absolutely love them!! Most comfortable new sleeves and just feel more confident when lifting

I've been nervous to add more plates during leg presses (which are my favorite movement) and I saw people recommend knee sleeves. I saw Upper was coming out with some and really wanted the lavender ones. Once I got them I HIT PR on the leg press machine because they help add support, stability, and confidence in my lift.
