Yes it is a short handle and Im 5 ft but it’s easy fix! And a cheap one. I had a dollar tree broom laying around that I wasn’t using, and I twist it onto the handle that connects to the scooper and now it’s almost taller than me and it works just fine! I rather do that then go drive and return it.

Must be made for toddlers or people with no legs. It is SO short! The whole reason I got this is so I don’t have to bend over. Well with a 24” long handle, and I’m 6’ tall, it’s useless.

I was pretty excited to get this bc my yard is a mess. This may work for small dogs but I have a Great Dane and one “mess” and it’s full. Not to mention u have to wrestle the box off the part with poop on it. A lot smaller than I expected and the stick to hold it isn’t long enough so u have to bend.

This a super convenient product, it's sturdy, it does the job. The down fall is the handle is short, and the teeth of the Neater are wide. I have small dogs so small poops, they did fall through but if you pile a few you may pick them up just fine.

If you have a small pup this would be great! If you are 4ft tall this is great! There is no extension on the handle and the box for waste is so small. Had very high hopes for this to be amazing.

It’s bad. The pole is very short, so you’re still bending over. The spikes pickup poop and leaves, blocking the entrance. The bottom of the scooper still gets covered in poop across the edge of the bag which means you still end up touching it. It’s cleaner to just use the bag with your hand!

The picture is what I ordered. This is not what I received. There is NO long handle and NOWHERE did I see it as an option. The long handle was the ONLY reason I purchased 2 of these. False misrepresentation of the product and I am returning BOTH! So frustrating! How do you get away with this?
