Beautiful machine very heavy, deducting one star because the instructions were a little hard to read, and the video instructions included a Step that the paper instructions did not have and also one of my springs makes a really bad clinging noise when you press away & return.

I received my reformer and like it however it’s missing the 2 carabiners and the footboard has 3 torn spots. I emailed the company a week ago and have not heard back from them. After spending $750 I don’t feel I should have to go buy carabiners and certainly should not have a torn footboard.

User Safety: I’m so pleasantly surprise, with the quality of this reformer at this price point it’s sturdy. It moves smoothly. I’m beyond impressed with this reformer. I’ve been the market for a reformer and the price point was $1500- $3500 for the exact same quantity. I’m very happy with my purchase. Durability: It’s very durable Ease of Use: Extremely easy to use. Assembly is a little time consuming for one person Compactness: It is very compact as it does fold and rolls into a corner neatly.

I love this reformer, it’s easy to use & folds easily. Ive been doing my Pilates routine at home, & if you use it 3–4 times a week, it’s definitely worth it & a great alternative to studio classes. Customer service is excellent 😊! Ty for this amazing product so I can basically do solidcore at home

I received my reformer pretty quick. One box was a little damaged upon arrival. There was a small issue with an item. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. I was very impressed with their customer service. Assembling reformer in next couple of weeks. Will let you know!

First one came and the frame was split, but they were quick to send a new one and it arrived quickly and undamaged. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is that , while it does fold in half, it is still really bulky and is very hard to store and move.

Package arrives in TWO separate boxes. I am so surprised with the quality. The build was simple and you can tell they spent great time manufacturing for DIY building. I loved that I didnt need more tools than the Allen wrenches provided. The reformer and the foot bar is shorter (height wise) than the ones at the studio but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The resistance springs are top tier! You can feel the quality of the wood and all the components. The folding feature is super smooth. The seller and the influencer selling it (Strong_Scorpio) were very helpful and responsive. 100/10
