I am giving this a four because the item arrived defective. It still works, but it’s missing some foam on one of the three sections of bar. But other than that it seems like it will work very well. The seller was willing to accept a return which I didn’t wish to do, but they also offered a partial refund.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for the price! The set came with everything shown in the listing and was easy to set up. The resistance bands feel sturdy, and the different resistance levels make it easy to adjust workouts. It’s a convenient option for exercising at home without needing a lot of space. So far, everything has worked as expected, and I’m happy with the purchase.

Great way to get snatched! I wanted to get back into Pilates to increase skeletal muscle and strengthen my core. I haven’t been to a been to a session in 20 years🫠 After following along with a YT video for 15 minutes , I was drenched in sweat! Can’t wait to master the movements. I’m a tall and curvy girl in the 250> club and was able to complete the movements with ease. Definitely worth the investment if you are serious about creating healthy habits in the comfort of your home!
