Downside once the tank is almost empty the faucet will shoot out small drops so I recommend filling it about where the water is supposed to come out, it also took a while for my cat to get used to it but once he saw me pour water in he got used to drinking it.

The lid doesnât sit flush with the bottom. You canât fill it to the Max line because the lid floats. The light on the side doesnât work because the light is obscured. Not well designed. Do not recommend.
