It's been 4 days and my systolic bp has dropped 25 points. I'm now out of the hypertension range for the first time in years without meds. I'm pairing this with their nitric oxide organic beets powder and the combo appears to be working great. I take 2 pills before the gym in the morning and wash them down with some of the organic beets with some water. I take 2 more pills at night with a snack. For the last couple days I've woken up energized and ready to go! BP is better than it has been in years.
