Care Instructions

- Wash with cold water with like colors

- Recommend lying flat to dry

- may iron if needed after washing

- metal buckles may scratch in the wash. Bluetick Design recommends putting them in a delicate laundry bag.

P.S. our girls LOVE to get dirty when they go to doggy daycare. To get deep stains out we let the collar soak in stain remover prior to washing and they come out good as new- even the light colored collars!

All collars have the option of black plastic, gun metal or nickel hardware.

How long does it take my order to ship?

Typically, processing time is 5-7 business days. We do our best to get your products shipped ASAP.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

At this time Bluetick Design does not offer returns. However, we realize that determining the needed size can be a challenge at times. So, we will honor exchanges for different sizes! Please just reach out to us through an Etsy Message! You will be responsible for shipping costs of sending the initial product back to us and the shipping cost/ price difference of the new item.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or I feel that it has not held up to my standards?

We are very meticulous with our work. However, things can happen. If your item arrives damaged please reach out to us via Etsy message within 2 business days of receiving your item. We will ensure to replace your item and cover the cost of shipping.

If you feel your (already used) item did not last as long as it should have, (i.e. something breaks) please reach out to us with your concerns. We will request photos of the product and ask for a few details such as how it broke, what activity was going on, etc. If it is decided that the item was defective we will replace the item. However, since we did not witness the incident, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new product.

Please Note

It is the customer’s responsibility to determine what is appropriate for their dogs. Our products are made with high quality hardware and durable fabric and nylon webbing. if your pet is known to break through their collars, leashes, etc. from excessive pulling or likewise, we caution buyers to understand that Bluetick Design products are not indestructible.

At the discretion of Bluetick Design, refunds could be considered in rare instances. In a case such as this, the customer will return the item to Bluetick Design with shipping being the buyers responsibility. Once Bluetick Design receives said product only then will a refund be granted for the cost of the product only. For this reason we encourage the buyer to keep their tracking info of the product until they know Bluetick Design has the product in hand. Bluetick Design is not responsible for lost return products.
