I've had this cup for about a year and it is great. I've hand washed the cup every single day because we didn't have a dishwasher in our old house. Now that we are in a new house with a dishwasher, I decided to put it on the top rack because I was feeling a little lazy and I am a toddler mom so I am just plain EXHAUSTED! Well that was a bad idea because it came out discolored when I opened up the dishwasher. Would I buy this cup again? Yes. Am I going to? Probably not because I am on a teacher salary and after the bills get paid, what's left of my earnings goes right back to the classroom for the students. Functionally, GREAT CUP! I just wish I hadn't put it in the dishwasher even though this cup is supposed to be dishwasher safe. Would definitely recommend handwashing!

My coffee stays hot and the mug is easy to clean. My only complaint is that the open=close on the lid are not easy to see. Should make them black like the Thermos logo on the side.

Good looking and definitely keeps drinks hot, however, it is not easy to drink from. The lip is very thick and the tip angle is very high. I prefer my 15-year-old one for both those reasons. Unfortunately, someone else is enjoying it now. PS The system wouldn't let me write a "Review title"

Amazing. I love this travel mug. From the ease of cleaning the simple yet effective leak proof lid design, to the insulation that keeps my coffee hot for hours. I literally have this mug with me all day. I have two and bought one for my daughter who loves it also. My only wish is they had more color options.

I cannot open it so I have not used it. I bought another one for soup right before I bought this one and it came with a paper copy of directions on how to use and care for it and I love it and use it every day. This one came with nothing.

I have been a Thermos customer most of my life. I have 2 of the 16 oz coffee mugs & love them. But I was thrilled to see the Icon 16 oz had a handle. It is easier to clean as well. It is so nice when I'm in the car & have a handle to hold my mug. Thanks for another great product!

Love them BUT had a very hard time adjusting to how the top seals and still get a shirt full of beverage now and again. Not sure if ours just never adjusted properly? Any way, will think twice before we order them again.

I’m a little concerned that the top appears to leak a little around the open close dial. All my previous cups never leaked at all. They were the three part lids.

This is the only travel coffee mug my husband uses! He’s a trucker and this works amazing as it’s leak proof, unless he forgets to close it haha. Everytime he needs a replacement, this is the only one I purchase for him, no others compare!

My husband bought me a Thermos mug back in 2015. I absolutely loved it! It kept my coffee nice and hot on my way into work. My only complaint was it was not leak proof. The cup I recently purchased was leak proof, however, it wasn’t made as well as my old one. The handle got loose and there was no way for me to tighten it. I now have a cup w/o a handle ☹️.
