I was very skeptical, but I ordered the pillow. It comes rolled up, and you need to give it an hour ir so to fluff up, or just put it in the dryer for 5 minutes. It's a literal marshmallow. Not too hard, not too soft, just right. It is definitely high quality pillow you will not regret getting.

Pillows materia seems slim and fine, they were soft but definitely way too high for a side sleeper, and definitely totally unfit able for back sleep, it will be good for maybe decorative pillows but I cannot say I enjoyed sleeping on them. Item was returned.

Super fast shipping! Standard size. Got them on a buy-one-get-one promo. Super soft and fluffy. Very well made. However, after 2 weeks of using them, they're to hard to sleep. They do stay their shape and may be the reason is not comfortable to sleep. Im sad cause they're definitely premium quality.

Comfort: Very soft and comfy feels like an alternative down pillow Support: Supports well and holds its shape good. My only complaint is when I got mine there was stuffing coming out the side where it wasn’t stitched properly. Overall I would buy again and love this pillow.

I love the Mellow comforter so I had to try the pillows. If you like a firm, large pillow this one is for you. They remind me of the good hotel pillows!! This definitely supports your neck and is comfortable. These also look great on the beds! I bought some for every room in my home.

I recently got the Mellow Slept king-size pillow and I love it. It’s soft but still firm enough to support my neck, which makes it really comfortable to sleep on. Definitely a great balance of comfort and support! Comfort: Super comfortable

I love the hotel pillows! I got the multi pack and appreciate I was able to mix and match sizes. Got 2 standard and 2 king. I use the kings in my shams and the fill the out nicely. I tested the waterproof to see if it really is lol and it ran right off.

The pillow and pillowcase are covered in mold. The customer service has been challenging. I left multiple requests on your webpage to contact me with no results. I tried to call but the hold times are excessive. I finally got someone to email me and after going back and forth they ignored the issue with the pillow and just sent me an email that I can get a partial refund for the pillowcase….the mold is on the pillow and coming through the pillowcase. I purchased 5 pillows and a comforter… I spent over $200 and I’m getting jerked around over a pillow. It’s unreal. And what’s sad is before the mold issue I couldn’t stop raving about the pillow that I now cannot use because it’s covered in black mold, an issue that’s pretty common according to the internet, and your company is not helping. Absolutely baffling. Beyond disappointed and frustrated.
