I bought this in November, didnt receive till a month later, and have used it for 2 months. I loved it at 1st! But now im very dissapointed as it has been forming lots of pilling and had to use a fabric shaver on it twice. Lost some thread so it doesn't even look nice where the indents are.

So at first I was disappointed as it didn't seem very fluffy. Turns out I'm just impatient give it time to fluff and air out. Super comfy and feels like a cloud especially once you bunch it up. It does get hot fast though.

Complete disaster of a product. After a multi-week delay in shipping with limited response from their support team, I finally got my comforter and was really excited about it. I followed the washing instructions when I got it and It got completely destroyed. I shared this with The team. They took forever to get back to me and offered no resolution whatsoever. No offer to refund or replace. Was really excited about this product but I strongly do not recommend. I'm shocked at the lack of customer support.

Followed washing instructions to a T and comforter was completely destroyed upon first wash, I never even got to use it ONCE biggest waste of over 100 dollars in my life DO NOT recommend product at all. Comforter is now completely bent out of shape, has yellow staining everywhere and black burn marks everywhere as well. 100+ dollars down the drain. Not to mention it took almost 2 months to arrive.

The comforter started pilling 5 days after we got it and the seams started coming out. I contacted customer service several times and they only responded once with a general email not addressing my issue. They were very hard to get a hold of and still have not responded to my issue. I didn’t expect to pay what we paid and have it fall apart less than a week after we got it. We are not active sleepers and there’s no reason for this to have happened except poor quality. The comforter itself is very comfy so it’s a shame it won’t last long. I do not recommend and customer service is awful. Very disappointing!

I ordered the king comforter plus 2 pillows. Not only did I not receive the pillows I purchased, but it came with a small rip in the stitching. The way that this is made, 1 wash, & it would shred. Better quality at Target, no lie! Now I am responsible to mail it back! Thin, cheap & not well made.

Obsessed with this actually. I might go back and buy the thinner cooling blanket for the summer nights! 12/10 reccomend!I’m not a hot sleeper & from fl and it’s fine for me.Also might buy in beige or gray too! Love it, the side sleeper cloud pillows are otw to me now so excited to try them!
