The product itself is very good. The shipping, not so much. Arrived with a busted can. And losing just one in shipping defeats the value. I’d drink them again. But beware the shipping dangers.

This is getting a bit outrages now. 2nd delivery in a row I have had damaged cases of product. This time I also have an entire variety pack missing. I love the taste but the quality of shipping is awful. No protection just a plastic bag in case in leaks? Please do better

I'm sure the product is going to taste good it my package was not handled with care, was dropped several times based on a can from each case was completely exploded and almost all of the can have dents.

Love your product, have switched to you from monster & talked a couple of friends into buying from you. Only issue we have had is damaged cans. The first time it looked to be poor handling on this shipping company. This last one had pinholes in the same place each can and was repackaged inside a bag

Definitely worth trying as each flavor in the pack was delicious. Even the cherry flavor, that most companies miss on, was delicious. White can taste exactly how you think it does, orange is great, grape is fire and blue raspberrys also a hit. Also, dented cans don't affect the flavor. Shocking.

I have ordered many cases from you guys this is the first case I have gotten where ever can in the cas was dented and one was broken open. I have seen multiple reviews where this is happening ups has to do better our you guys need to pack your products better our use a different carrier period.

this is not a review on the taste or anything of this product. This is a review of the shipping, I ordered three, all three came with busted cans. The box is completely obliterated, so much so that they wrapped it in a black plastic bag when it was delivered. Hopefully I get a refund/replacement.

Product is good but tic toc customer service is terrible. They packed it poorly and cans split open. Lost and found is awesome but I won't be ordering it again through tic toc shop atleast. 1 star purely because of the shipping issues.

Shipping/packaging is atrocious. Out of 5 cases purchased(3 strawberry and 2 Blue Raz). 4 strawberry cans were busted open and another 7 dented/damaged.

Love the product but shipping needs major improvements. I ordered (2) cases that arrived via UPS damaged. I lost a few cans due to poor packaging and delivery. I didn't want to make a return and wait another few weeks for a new delivery so I accepted the damaged cases. In need of replacement cans.

I ordered 3 cases. They only shipped 2. And 1 of those 2 cases was damaged. Online it said the package was damaged during delivery. Also they threw in a random piece of garbage? Too cover the weight I'm guessing? I absolutely LOVE THE DRINKS. So im giving this a 5 star for the taste and quality.
