I'm almost 100% positive that I received a used/ returned oil diffuser! The box has wear and tear definitely not from shipping damage. The remote is dirty and scuffed.bthere is water droplets and a lot of moisture inside of diffuser . Oils alr ady opened and half empty!!!

I placed an order for 2 diffusers and they are very beautiful. But only one of them works. I can turn the lights on manually. I can't use the remote control. But no steam is coming out of the diffuser. The one on the right is the one that works.

Lo único bueno es que llegó muy rápido, pero al abrirlo se ve claramente que tal ha sido usado ,la caja está rota 3 aceites vienen en una bolsa los otros 3 en cajas que también están rotas el equipo venia todo mal embalado ,aún no lo he usado pero al menos funcione ,los aceites vienen mediados

La calidad del producto es excelente . Trae incluido seis diferentes aceites de aroma . Debido a la capacidad del es ya q no tienes q rellenarlo todos los dia . Trae un control para cambiar los colores de las luces ya q son varios . Emite sonidos relajantes como de el agua brotando. Lo recomiendo .
