It appears that this mask has been used. It didn’t have a cover when received and the straps were already on the mask so why would the manual provide instructions on how to install the straps if they were already on it? Please advise. I dare not to put it on my face if someone else used it. The box appeared damaged as well. I need a refund & return label. Thank you!

I'm almost 100% positive that I received a used/ returned oil diffuser! The box has wear and tear definitely not from shipping damage. The remote is dirty and scuffed.bthere is water droplets and a lot of moisture inside of diffuser . Oils alr ady opened and half empty!!!

This is not a pure diffuser Compare to the pure ones that been sold at Walmart. They is a Diffuser Humidifier. All functionality works perfectly. Since it’s a humidifier. There’s won’t be strong smell but it does neutralize the air environment.

I placed an order for 2 diffusers and they are very beautiful. But only one of them works. I can turn the lights on manually. I can't use the remote control. But no steam is coming out of the diffuser. The one on the right is the one that works.

Trae un control para cambiar los colores de las luces ya q son varios . Emite sonidos relajantes como de el agua brotando. Lo recomiendo .
