I ordered the color space gray mini diffuser because it was available to order and was not on backorder. I contacted customer service to inquire about my delivery, thats when I was informed of the space gray being out of stock. I asked for black instead and got the light gray one. 😒😫

Had issues getting it to update customer service was good. Didn’t realize that it shut off every four hours and you had to restart it Don’t know that I would ever buy another you don’t smell the scent that it’s putting out as good as they talk it up.

Diffuser arrived well packaged. Quality feels and looks good. A minute after I turned it on. The house was smelling good. One thing I would like is for it to come with a sample of your kind oil. Did not come with any type of oil but the empty bottle. I give it a 5 star for delivery time, packaged.
