This company have the nerd and the audacity send me the machine with no oil which is an empty top after I paid $100 for this item. I never receive not even any oil for the product till this day. They have never responded to me or fix a solution. I am so mad and disappointed in this. I don’t recommend anybody to get it because they out here scamming people for their hard earned money..

Will not connect to phone. Oil is accumlating on the top. I used the provided oils. The unit sprayed spots of the oil on my album covers nearby. I could not manually turn diffuser off it just kept spraying.

Horrible!!! Absolute junk. I’ve had 4 replacements sent to me due to battery issues and each diffuser has had burn marks under the oil compartment. These are defective and refurbished devices. Not a single one would have charge to run the following morning after a full charge the previous night.😡
