the only complaint i have is that they are very small and one stick does not last long i just started one im going to see how long exactly. Other than that it works great

Have yet to try it. However, I didn’t receive the style that I purchased and I waited over an hour and a half to talk to QVC’s customer service and they never got to me. I read a previous review saying that someone was sent something else as well but I thought it was maybe a hiccup; then same thing happened to me. Customer service is hard to get in touch with. It’s just unfortunate that I didn’t get what I paid for and trying to resolve the issue is by either returning the item that took a while to get or customer service that takes over an hour and a half and doesn’t get a respond.
