Excellent product. I wear a 22 to 24 and it snatches my belly holds my back together while wear a size 42HH bra cup. This garment is truly "God sent". My belly is 56 inches and I can't believe I'm seeing a difference already.

I ordered 3x I wear 24 jeans, 5.4” 326 lbs a lot of belly weight. The fit is snug; which is fine bc I’m going to wear it to work out and also provides really good back support. Have some arm strength for that Velcro!! It’s tough! The elastic bands are very stretchy, the compression! I like the way it shape my waist and even having a low hanging belly I was able to get it to fit how I like to cover my lower section. Also tried a few stretches and bending/cleaning with it on and it did not roll up or bunch up which is awesome bc a lot of others I’ve tried!! I took some pictures for examples

I really like this. The fit is really tight and secure. The Velcro is velcroing. i’ve never worn a waste cincher before so I don’t know if I’m putting it on too right but even my bones are sore because it hugs me so tight. If I wear it high enough it sits on my hip bone and my hip bone is sore. if I wear it too low, I get the pinched back fat. so still trying it out but I’m happy and will continue to wear it to see any results. and I love the free gift that came with the purchase. The zipper mesh bag is very ideal and useful.

Great material definitely does its job i ordered a size small I must say for all of us with a short torso it can be a bit uncomfortable under our boobs and it the top back fat is also i dislike very much but i just put it as low as posible and stand straight other than that its easy to put on and helps shape up
