The velcro is super strong I almost didn't have the arm streght to separate it. Well made. I like the product. What i dont like was with the 3 straps as I was trying to get it on was getting stuck to wachother and its like fkn gorilla glue velcro.

I think the massage told me to get was too small. I think I need a 4X it’s so tight. It makes my head hurt. I have a 3X. it don’t actually cover up the bottom of my stomach. I am a size 8, and I was suggested to get a medium, but on the top Velcro tape it’s way too big and I can’t stick it together so that’s a minus. and also, it stated that the roles on the back would not show and it will grab all of that in the back and let me tell you it does not go that high up.

Fit & Size: I'm 5' 4" and around 200lbs... a L on top and L/XL on bottom for most brands. I ordered a Medium and it fits great. The adjustability of this product is awesome. Effectiveness: Just look at the pictures. Definitely effective. Comfort: Comfortable to stand & sit in, and if you adjust it, you can lay down and sleep in it.

I freaking love this waist trainer! It is one of the best ones for me. This is my 3rd one! I’m 170 lbs 5ft and am in a small. My waist is now a 29. I ordered a black and beige to switch out during my daily workouts. The compression is amazing! 10/10 but always size down they do stretch out.
