About Vicky Cakes

Vicky Cakes is based on Vicky’s 50-year-old secret family recipe! Each 8oz package makes 10-12 medium-sized pancakes or 4 large Belgian waffles. You can also make cookies, muffins, turnovers, cakes, cupcakes, and more.

Vicky Cakes is NOT just-add-water, unlike other lower-quality mixes. There are no dairy products, like powdered eggs or powdered milk in our mixes. This makes it a premium, flexible product that’s perfect for traditional pancake lovers AND those avoiding dairy in their diet. Our gluten-free mixes are crafted to deliver the same fluffy, homemade taste—without the gluten.

Cooking Instructions

You will need milk (or non-dairy milk), oil, and 1 egg (or vegan egg replacer). For more flavor, add vanilla flavor and buttermilk.

For vegan pancakes or waffles, use an egg replacer like applesauce and your choice of dairy-free milk. For best results, follow the instructions on the packaging.
