I got my order this morning and was able to make waffles with the lemon pound cake mix, we enjoyed the lightness, with hint of lemon not overpowering at all. I can't wait to try the others and I'm so grateful for the gluten free option. Gonna try making funnel cakes next time.

This has been a frustrating purchase. First it took forever to actually ship and so it arrived a whole week later than I expected it to. Then it was packaged poorly. There is powdered mix spilled out everywhere. Money and time wasted.

My 9 yo T1D celiac son LOVED these pancakes!! We got a few flavored and he he loved every single one! I’m so glad I found these! We like to make ‘Mcgriddles’ with them for breakfast and even wants to take them for lunch! It’s been a struggle finding things he enjoys and this was a hit! Thank you!

I got it bad for these. My favorites have been the banana pudding and lemon cake, but I def rocked with the confetti also. Just that the first 2 are untouchable. Like a Pokémon, I gotta catch them all. So happy to have delicious gluten free options.

I started out with the banana pudding mix. I went over to a friend's house for a nice little Sunday brunch and made waffles. They didn't even know it was gluten-free and they thought it was absolutely amazing. I did too. It's got a beautiful golden color to it and crisped up nicely. So you had that soft pillowy center and those crispy waffle edges. I'm excited to see what the other flavors bring.

They were fluffy and light. I only had the strawberry but I think it needs little more strawberry. Mixed you need to add oil and milk to it. I wish I had strawberries to add to it . My daughter love it .

They’re okay not getting the crave behind them I was really looking forward to the lemon pound cake but you could barely get any lemon flavoring at not much in the other ones either. Not bad but could add more flavoring with pancakes from scratch

these are so good!!! only thing I noticed is, I had to leave it in the waffle maker a little bit longer because the middle cooked slower than the outside. that could have been user error with measurements

Hands down THE BEST gluten free pancake mix I have had yet. I used Oatmilk instead of regular milk. I mixed butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a mashed banana in a small pot and cooked until to a caramel like consistency and put it over the pancakes. Ordered more before it was cold.

So far we've only tried the strawberry short cake. It was good, light and fluffy, but you couldn't really taste the strawberry. Good waffles though.
