I gave it lemon 2 stars simply because of the smell should be a 1. It came out as if I'm getting ready to drop biscuits 😆. 5 🌟 is for the chocolate chip that's how it's supposed to look. Yes, yes it is really good soft and fluffy.

This was actually really good. It came really fast too. It smells so sweet, but it's really sour but like a good sour I would recommend the flavored ones

I really like the lower calories and higher proteins of this flour, that was my main purpose for purchasing it. Last night I made a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with it, and it was SO good! There is a slight difference in texture and taste from all purpose, flour, light and nutty are the descriptions I would use to the cooked dough, it was delicious, you’ll get used to it! I really enjoyed it! I feel like it was healthier, and beneficial, and worth the purchase, recommended📈
