I love Earth Mama products by these weren’t for me. I was hoping these would live up to the hype, but unfortunately they did not. I bought them mainly for icing—and they do not get very cold at all, and they warm up so quickly that they do not assist with inflammation. A bag of frozen peas seems to work better for me personally. I used them for heat a couple of times and they were fine. Nothing to write home about.

Definitely a great gift for a mama! I’ve used these when I had mastitis, after my little had a lip tie procedure and we were adjusting to nursing again. Warmed up and it was relieving, but also in the freezer helped. I honestly keep these in the freezer all the time and when my toddler has a boo boo, she knows these are perfect! They’re not as cold as gel packs, but still helps for bumps and bruises.

I love these! With 30 seconds in the microwave, they heat evenly to a very comforting temperature, and unlike gel packs I had tried, these do not burn, and they conform to the breast shape really comfortably. I use them before/during/after pumping, they feel great! I've bought them for 2 other new moms already also!

I feel a lot better using these than the first ones I bought that had gel beads made from who knows what. I ordered a boob box and got these inside and they are AWESOME. So soft, don’t smell gross, and something fun for my baby to grasp! As a side hack, I’ll use one to lay on my half sleeping baby so I can get my hand back!

These worked perfectly! Not only are they easy to use and maintain, but heating them up for just a few seconds has been a lifesaver for my daughter's colicky moments. They don't get too hot for her but help to soothe her. Definitely worth the purchase!

I used these as a cold pack to help with engorgement and they work great. But it's even better when you use both of them on one breast, which I had to do. If you're a size DD or above, get two packs and use two on a breast for maximum cooling.

The Booby Tubes are a great concept but there is some room for improvement, when using them for heat, they do not stay warm for longer than 3-5 minutes. The also don't cover much of my breast, having a longer option would help.

I actually love these so much that I buy them for family members that are having children. I literally recommend them to everyone that I know that is pregnant. I cannot express what a lifesaver they were when my milk started to come in and I was in pain. I kept them in my freezer and just slipped them into my nursing bra when I needed some relief.

These were SO essential to the continuation of breastfeeding around the 3 month mark for me. I used them both hot and cold. It was something great for me to task my husband with (breastfeeding is hard for men to help with but warming these/grabbing from the freezer to make sure I'm comfortable was do-able!). Between these, the nipple balm, and lots of milk tea I overcame clogged ducts and cracked nipples and went on to breastfeed almost two years. I loved the fabric and non-smelly filling.
