I'm not painting sneakers, just regular shoes and belts so I can't compare it to a specific sneaker color but it is a wonderful blue. True blue is the perfect name for it since it isn't too light or too dark, just a great blue. The paint was nice and opaque, covered my dark brown boots evenly as well as an almost black belt. It wasn't the color that I chose to go with for the final color but I will definitely use it for something else on it's own.

It was honestly very close, originally I was just using it to paint over a scuff I fixed but I ended up liking the color so much I painted the whole midsole this True Blue.(Used on 2016 pair)

This color works well when restoring, but its honestly not the perfect blue, needs to be a tad darker. I hate mixing colors so I left it as is, but it can be better.

Brilliant. Painted some old Tieks from their original drab "ballerina pink" to the "True Blue" collector's color. Also painted an old Bottega Veneta coin purse and am doing the same with Doc Martens that have seen better days. You have a fan for life!
