For the price, this cable machine is actually a solid buy. It’s definitely a bit on the flimsy side, so don’t expect commercial gym quality but it gets the job done. The cable can be a little squeaky, so I’d recommend adding some WD-40 to help it run smoother. What I like most is the versatility. I’ve been able to do cable kickbacks, rows, and even lat pull-downs. I’m 5’4”, and as long as I’m seated, I can comfortably use it for those.
Overall, if you’re looking for something affordable for home workouts and don’t mind a few minor quirks, it’s worth it. I feel like I got my money’s worth.
