I was previously buying the Victorias Secret period boxers, but on heavy days or nights I would leak from them. I have ovarian cysts and PCOS so my periods are H E A V Y. I kept getting ads for this brand and finally caved and ordered some about a year ago. I got the sleeper shorts and a pair of the briefs. These are seriously a life saver for nights 1 or 2 when flow is the heaviest, and they're nice to just wear around the house. They also wash GREAT unlike some other brands that fall apart, I've had mine for over a year now and they're still like new out of the wash. Seriously cannot recommend enough!

These period shorts are amazing! I want to order some more pairs soon. They don’t feel like you’re wearing a diaper and are super cozy. The waist band is the perfect thickness too.

These are the only thing I will wear but I guess that will have to change. The larger sizes are never in stock. I even put in to be notified when they came available but apparently the larger sizes on the website are just for show.

I love period co panties. I've tried other brands but these are my favorite. They absorb great, rarely leak, and no PFAs, overall win! This particular style is great for first 2 nights which are quite heavy. I recommend sizing down. I usually wear a small to medium in regular underwear, and medium in most other period underwear brands but I needed an xs and could even go small with this style. I also really appreciate and love th customer service at period co, they are so friendly, accommodating , and generous. Thanks period co!

My review for the boxer underwear was long, so I don’t really feel like adding too much to this one, but these are great for sleeping in as sleep shorts or under sleep shorts 😅 plus they fit well. The only negative imo was that these feel a little bulky. But I get why and I get used to it after about an hour. That first hour isn’t too comfy though.

I got this pair in the same size as the heavy bikini but with the sleeper pair of underwear, it should be sized down. The one I have is way too big. I think I could have sized it one or two down because it way too loose at night and doesn’t feel as secure as I would have liked it to be like the regular underwear. I would return it for a smaller size but I’ve already worn it. So yes great protection, I feel relaxed at night that I won’t bleed through on my bed but I have to keep pulling it up.

Wish I could give this 5 stars but this just fit weird. Long crotch even though I sized down from the size chart. At 5' 1" I'm wondering if my height makes a difference. I was lured to make a purchase during black friday due to the single picture (as of this moment, 12/2025) of the girl wearing and holding the bag package, claiming they look just like biker shorts. Proceed with caution my short queens. Especially if you already have to size down anyway for other underwear from period co.

I don’t usually review items that I purchase. So please know, this is how passionate I feel on the subject. I can’t tell you how many people I have recommended these underwear to. These have absolutely changed the way I feel about my period. I have always dreaded my period as I have always had a heavy flow. I was nervous about this purchase because I thought I would feel icky having blood on me all day. YOU DON’T EVEN NOTICE. These are so absorbent and so comfortable. I bought 5 pair. Four panty style and this one boxer style, a pair for each day. I have experienced no leaking personally. I usually wear a 2x-3x panty/boxer. They fit perfectly. They have literally changed my life. I will never go back to pads or tampons. If you are thinking about buying these, you definitely should.
