Absolutley Awesome hair ties, never had anything better, use them every day, and they feel so good even when letting my hair ride, so easy to quickly slip of the wrist and do a sloppy joe in no time, or that classic high 8 ball knot, well recommended and would definitely purchase again :)

I waited to give a review (despite pressure) because I wanted to see how long these things would last. I started using these hair ties back in the first week of June. Today is October 10. Just yesterday I had to switch to a new set of hairbands because the old ones had finally completely lost their elasticity. Do they last longer than the cheap ones? Yes, by months. Do they still rip hair out? Yes, but not as much as the cheap ones (usually I find where they get snagged on is that little connecting band in the middle). Do I like the look? Yes, they look great, because I have dark hair, they blend in well. Would I buy them again? Yes, they are worth another purchase (the long life of the product justifies the price for me). The only reason I took off one star for the review is because they advertised no snagging of hair. A few times that has happened that they come off snag free, but usually it is unavoidable that I lose some hairs getting these things off of my ponytail. I included a picture of the two new ones as well as the old ones (after four months of continual use). Thank you, Longhairs! 🙂

You can never go wrong with classic black. So more about the design: I really like the flat design. I still get some crimp wave if I pull the locks backs while wet or keep them pulled back all day, but it is a lot less obvious than your typical hair tie. Also, after several weeks of using them, I have not noticed any stretching out or losing of the elastic. Not something I can say about the typical CVS, Target, Walmart brands.
