The longhairs where great. Customer service was amazing (when I messed up my order information) they took awesome care of me and all of their stuff came in looking so great. Love these hair ties! They last longer than the cheap elastic ones and these don't even hurt when I pull them out! Some hair does come out and that may be how I have it put up but I can say it's significantly less than hair coming out than other hair ties.
