Came very fast.. I just started taking them daily acouple days ago so can not report on if they r working but they do not upset the belly like sone supplements do. I can’t wait to start seeing/ feeling results

Not sure how good of a review I can give. I think it’s a good product. Unfortunately, as with many other supplements, you can’t really tell how well it’s doing. I read an article on it, and its mean function is to help prevent cancer. Cancer runs in my family so I thought I would give it a try. If you all have additional research on it, I would love to see it. I will continue to take it as a prevention.

I appreciate that it is organic however you have included silicone dioxide, which I didn’t notice in the ingredients when I ordered it. I never would’ve ordered it with that in there. I will be throwing the bottle away.

I didn’t like these at all. I didn’t see any difference. The packaging and appeal is really nice and there really isn’t a bad smell. Just not something I would use for myself personally.

These are extremely big capsules and I couldn’t get myself to take more than one once so I can’t attest to the effectiveness unfortunately but in addition to the size I couldn’t get over the smell either.

This health supplement focuses on sulforaphane from broccoli seed and sprout extract. The packaging comes in a regular container similar to other vitamins. There is a slight scent and aftertaste, but not too off putting. The vitamins are in small beadlets within a capsule. The ingredients are very clean and have minimal additives. The drawbacks are the price for the serving size (2 capsule serving size, 30 capsules included) and side effects I experienced. These are expensive vitamins ($56 at Target) and sulforaphane is naturally found in broccoli. I took this vitamin for 15 days and experienced mild GI issues including bloating, which is a known side effect. However, sulfuraphane is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. I recommend this product for those wishing to increase the sulforaphane in their diet and try a new supplement, but to research side effects before attempting.

I love supplements and am so far enjoying adding this supplement to my routine. The microbeads in the clear capsules makes the packaging and allure of this supplement interesting. There isn’t much of a scent, thankful there isn’t a scent like when taking omega oil. So far, so good.

To be honest I didn't not notice much of a difference using these. I do have lupus so you would assume something that stimulates the immune system would put me into a flare, but it did not. So, this product was not good nor bad - I just wouldn't buy it. It may be better for someone in generally good health!
