It’s the perfect size and looks elegant. I got the bag of StarSoft wax beads and that has been the best wax I’ve come across. I’ve been self waxing for about 5 years now. I’ve tried different ones and that has been the best. I’m not sure if it’s the warmer or the beads, maybe both together.

Works well. Easy to dial in temperature for proper warmth. The first one that arrived did not work. After going through the easy documentation to show this another was promptly shipped and works great. Large enough for a full body wax but still easily manageable size.

So I used this one-pound wax warmer for about 2 years now. I absolutely LOVE it!! I love the dial and power switch on it! Also, I love the wood details, even though one of the handles came loose. NOTE: IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS FOR FACE AND BODY WAXING.... BUY A BIGGER ONE. I made the rookie mistake of buying this one-pound one and the size is perfect for waxing my face however I also wax my arms and legs with it. When waxing my arms I have to refill the pot two times and remelting the wax makes the whole process longer. FOR MY LEGS, I have to refill the pot three times. Instead of taking an hour to wax my legs, it takes me 4 because I constantly have to reload the pot. SO spend more and get the bigger one it will save time and as you know "time is money". *just in case you're wondering I'm looking to buy a 5 lb one instead*

The first warmer that I received would not heat up. I contacted customer service and they immediately took care of everything for me. The second warmer works great. It is the perfect size for me and it is doing well maintaining the wax at the right temp. So far, I am very happy with the product.

For the price, and that this is for professional use, I expected better to quality. The first warmer I received was dented and scratched. I was able to pay for return shipping to get a replacement (not sure why I was responsible for something that happened before it was even in my possession, I paid for a NEW product). Weeks after my initial purchase, the replacement warmer came- only to be wobbly when placed on a flat surface. This makes for an unstable waxing experience. Definitely had me searching for better quality warmers at that point. For being the leading company in this industry I definitely expected better quality product, and customer service policies. I have been so pleased with this warmer, but even more to complement has been the excellent customer service. My first warmer broke very soon after receiving it. I reported the problem and the customer service was amazing. They replaced the broken warmer and I have been happy ever since.
