The warmer itself is great! I love the size and it heats evenly. But even better than the product is starpil's customer service. I had an issue with my warmer and it was resolved right away! It's definitely worth it spend a little extra to have a quality wax warmer.

Absolutely terrible wax. Thankfully I test on my self before using on clients because if I didn’t, I would’ve had to perform the service for free. There is zero consistency to the wax in terms of how to use it and what temperature is good or not it constantly breaks and does not pick up any hair even after going over the same area more than once do not waste your money on this. Also, the warmer they sent me was dented.

So far so good. I've only used it for a few weeks and so far haven't had any issues. Love the insert as previous warmers tend to develop a "burnt" film even with regular cleaning which becomes extremely hard to remove
