I used these wires to run cable over 100ft into my backyard from an av receiver and they worked perfectly with no signal loss. Time will tell how long they last outdoors but I will be back to update this review incase they fail prematurely.

Seems to be decent enough wire. I got the 12/2 CCA version to use as a power wire for a solar GMRS repeater. about 25 feet of this line is running from the charge controller down to a battery that is stored underground. My connections are all soldered on with two layers of head shrink. I also added a PET expandable braided sleeve along the entire length further add protection. It's been out in the Alaskan winter for a few months now.

This is a quality speaker wire. I used this for two different cable runs from an AV receiver in my basement to two outdoor speakers on my patio. The sound is crisp and clear. The cable was flexible enough to curve in/out of corners. No complaints.

The wire is a little difficult to strip but if you’re able to separate the wire it gets easier to use. I cut the sides of the outer coating and was able to split the wires apart. From there it’s easy to work with. Great quality overall. Definitely would buy again knowing what to do now.

Think about 200ft of wire all tangled up. This should have been in a roll to be easy to take out the length needed and rest can stay put.

This wire seems pretty sturdy you can bury it but, what I have come to find out is this wire tends to corrode quite fast. After about a 1-1/2 - 2 months this wire feel apart. I had to cut off about 2 feet off just to get to some decent wire. Yes, this wire was still in both plastics coverings. I would not recommend this product.

This wire is very good. No issues there. The problem is that they put it on a spool which oftentimes is missing the ends and even if it has the ends they come off during shipping and it arrives in a giant tangle of wire. This will unfortunately require about 30 minutes of your time to untangle which is horrendously bad. If the end caps of the spool stayed on, it would be no issue. To top it off, I've used three spools so far and each one was 15-20ft shorter than the 200ft spec

I have many very good wire strippers old and new. I attempted to strip this overly thick outer jacket to get to the inner jacketed wires. It took getting out pocket knife, razor and then my strippers to get this to proper stripped form,not after ruining the 1st 1ft of each run.As a pro I have many sources of wire,but client requested black jacket in an open concept ceiling at last minute (our stock standard is white of an installer brand) so Prime to the rescue.I would NOT recommend this wire to anyone.

I have brand new wire strippers and, after several attempts I could not cut and remove the outer casing without cutting into the speaker wires. I returned the roll.

I didn’t exactly use this wire for speakers I used it to restore some old electrical projects. Thick outer insulation and nicely separated so there won’t be any shorts, look forward to buying other gauge wire.

This wire is garbage. Its difficult to cut the sheathing without damaging the wires (and yes i tried both a wire cutter and a coax cutter). And if you don't knick or cut the internal wires, they seem brittle. I will not be using this for in-wall wiring for my speakers...don't trust it.
