Just got mine today and immediately wanted to try it out. For reference I'm a 6ft tall man weighing 280lbs. I mainly bought this to help form my body a little better as I keep working on my weight loss. Usually I can't wear shirts unless it's the tall version because of how the fat from my belly hangs low so it's visible. With this, it helps tuck in that fat so that it doesn't stick out Everytime I wear a non tall shirt. At my current weight I wear 3XL shirts so for this shape wear tank I chose to go 2XL to help compress some of the fat. I think it helps a little especially at the under belly part. Fabric feels alright but I can bear with it. Hope this helps any other big guy like me in considering getting this for themselves!

This didn’t do a damn thing. I’ve attached pictures of before wearing my normal under shirt, and the after wearing this, and as you can see, there is clearly zero difference.
