I was taking this product faithfully and when I had my hair appointment my beautician, was told that it wasn't helping my hair. I've only been taking the hair, skin and nail for about 3 weeks. My nails have grown but are still soft. I'm still getting a lot of hair in my brush and a lot of hair is found after showering. Don't notice any change in my skin. I realize it takes time to see a difference. Will try one more bottle and I'll move on to something else if I don't see a difference.
