One of the main benefits I have noticed from taking these supplements is handling stress better. I have also noticed less muscle fatigue. As for helping me sleep, their effectiveness seems to depend on when I take them. I have not yet decided if it is better to take them during the day for stress benefits or after work to help more with sleep. Either way I feel like they are having a positive effect on my life. I used to buy the magnesium with vitamin D but it was recently discontinued. This was the suggested alternative. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it.
