I had rotator cuff surgery 2 years ago and still have pain and movement issues even now. I purchased the recovery shoulder brace and use it daily to minimize the ongoing pain. It works so well to ease the pain. I would recommend this to anyone with shoulder pain whether it is post surgery or a shoulder injury

I use this recovery shoulder brace after workouts, I usually place a small ice pack in the section of the sleeves that cross over the top of the brace, it fits inside that little section well. Man does that help, especially if you need surgery! Dont hesitate on anything copper compression, they are the best!
