Hi, do not hesitate to buy the arm sleeve. The relief i get is great, mine started to linger after having rotator cuff surgery. They had to reattach my bicep muscle, no picnic either. This was a few years ago. When I overdue lifting, that i shouldn't, the arm pain kicks in. Let see, I have arm sleeves, hand gloves, full leg socks, ankle socks, and coppervibe vibration & heat gloves. In fact multiples of all of the above. I use them all and they help me alot. I average walking 5-6 miles every day and I don't know if I could have kept it up this long without any of these products.

I've used the elbow sleeve, it really did help. I feel like it kept my muscle in place and kept it warmed. It served its purpose, now I must move on to some other pieces for other body parts.

Have had neurological damage affecting the right side of by body. I started wearing copperfit sleeves on my right leg, when the R leg felt better than my L leg, I knew it was time to don all my limbs with copperfit sleeves. Not a superhero yet, but don't count me out!

I am getting use to the sleeve. As a lymphedema patient it is very difficult for me to get the right fit. I think this one will work. I am a second time breast cancer survivor. Previously I didnt have any problems because only one lymph node was removed, this time five were.
