I am 5’8”, 180 something pounds, I got a size medium. It’s definitely a very tight fit, but it was worth it to hide my apron belly. I had two C-sections, and my stomach hasn’t fully returned to its previous state. Have a naturally thin waist, but I’ll admit that it made it look even better. 10/10
