For the first week this product was great. It immediately stopped working. I reset it successfully twice, now it will not work at all. I've contacted their support multiple times and its just AI, it says an actual person will contact me but no one has. This company or the seller is seemingly a scam.

Happy with this purchase, if only I could get my cat to potty in it correctly without throwing litter everywhere. The mechanics of it don’t allow for taller sides. Couldn’t get the app to work with it, but it functions just fine without it. The motor is a bit loud so don’t put it where you sleep.

My senior cat loves it. Low rise sides similar to his original litter box made this an easy transition. The app was easy to set up and It reminds me to change waste bag. I set custom cleaning time to 12 min. Use clumping litter for best results. My cat loves having a clean box for each use.

My cats use it just fine, but it only slightly works. It leaves behind a lot of little bits of litter. It’s extremely loud and honestly, I’m considering sending it back. Way too much money for a product that doesn’t work 100% and wakes me up in the night. Also, the weight sensors don’t work.

After trying an enclosed automatic litter box and realizing my boys would absolutely not go in it, we decided to try an open top one. It has been a wild success. It is so easy to change the bag and keep everything clean. It is a little loud when it runs the cleaning cycle, but you get used to it.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and am mostly happy with it, but it’s had a forced stop due to cats getting in while it’s scooping and it doesn’t start back up again without being completely reset. Not sure how great it will be long term.

The best one because my cats use it! My weird little guy who is so nervous about peeing in the other litter box shapes (the round ones that are super popular on the shop right now) has no problem at all. All 3 of my cats use it and it seems to be the favorite. Loud when cleaning, but I don't care!

My cats used this litterbox right away! And it cleans as described. Love it! I got one of the bubble type ones first and even after 3 weeks my cat's refused to use it and started peeing outside the box. Buy they love this one!

I’ve had this for close to two weeks and it’s working better than I imagined. It’s safe for my 3 cats and the app makes a huge difference. It lets you know if there’s a blockage, which cat is in the box based on their weight and when it’s being cleaned. I highly recommend this box!
